Goodwin Heart Pine Company Brings in New Leadership
(Micanopy,
FL, April 7, 2004)—Goodwin Heart Pine Company has appointed
Terry O’Brian to the newly created position of chief
operating officer, effective immediately. In this role, O’Brian
will be responsible for all manufacturing and marketing responsibilities
at the Micanopy, Fla. facility.
Since 1976 Goodwin Heart Pine has specialized in reclaiming
antique heart pine and heart cypress from rivers and old buildings
to produce luxury flooring, stair parts and millwork. They
also offer other fine woods such as wild black cherry.
O’Brian has more than 25 years experience in manufacturing
and sales, with 18 years spent at Corning Glassworks in New
York and SE Manufacuring Company in Ocala. Most recently he
was involved in commercial sales and service of flooring products
with Great Lakes Carpet and Tile in The Villages in central
Florida.
