Antique Legacy™ is carefully selected antique heart pine reclaimed from old industrial warehouses and buildings. Legacy has somewhat more frequent and slightly larger knots than Antique River-Recovered® Heart Pine because the majority of the clear wood on the outside of the log was cut away to make the beam. Additionally, Legacy™ wood is already oxidixed and often initially appears darker than its river-Recovered counterpart; over time, however, there is virtually no difference in color.

Infrequent nail holes and slight nail "staining" add rustic charm and assure that these reclaimed and remilled antique boards have already played a romantic part in American history.
