AIBD, ASID, IIDA and NKBA. They also meet the Health, Safety and Welfare requirement.

- To receive credit for each course, complete the quiz.
Then, either email the quiz to Goodwin at goodwin@heartpine.com
or print out the quiz and fax or mail it to Goodwin.
- Please be sure to complete all the information required
at the end of the quiz, including your member number of
your professional organizations. Keep a copy of this quiz
for your records. Goodwin will email you an electronic completion
certificate and will process your CEUs with the correct
organizations. Please allow two to four weeks.
