Grain: A blend of arching grain patterns. Some mineral streaking and considerable burled or lacy grain.

Knots: Knots less than 1½”

Color: Wild Black Cherry has deep pink to rich red-brown tones

Heart: 98–100% heart face

Hardness:  950 Janka; similar to Teak

Kiln Dried: Yes to 6-8% moisture content. Test moisture content for jobsite region
Finishing: Our standard wood floor is unfinished. A pre-finishing micro bevel can be added. UV oil finish available. Can be sanded the same as our solid wood floors.
